Emily Kordovich is a non-binary director of photography based in Brooklyn, NY.
Emily is a member of the International Collective of Female+ Cinematographers (ICF+C), was accepted into the ASC Vision Mentorship Program in 2023, and received the 2024 Fresh Perspectives in Cinematography Grant presented by AbelCine, Arri, and The ASC for the short film, Remnants Of Nova.
Emily recently completed principal photography on their first feature film, Ice Cream (dir. Liza Renzulli.)
Their true passion lies in narrative filmmaking, but they have worked on commercial and branded content projects with clients such as Ontu, Frenshe, OneSkin, MAC Cosmetics, Architectural Digest, Google, La Mer, Victoria’s Secret, The Zoe Report, Food & Wine, NYLON, Punch, Vox Media, Metropolis Report, NOTION, Bustle, Martha Stewart Living, and more.
Emily grew up a first-generation Macedonian immigrant in a small town outside Rochester, NY (which means they are also a born and raised Buffalo Bills fan. Go Bills.)
